Certified HHA / CNA – WEEKLY PAY! W-2
About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one home care to seniors in Gainesville, Florida, and surrounding communities. Multiple current and upcoming client cases may offer flexible PRN or part-time shifts, including weekday and weekend opportunities based on client needs. Recurring weekly shifts and additional hours may become available as clients are scheduled. The role pays $18–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and W-2 employment. No personal liability insurance is required. Caregivers support clients with personal care, daily living, companionship, mobility, meals, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and, when needed, errands and transportation. Applicants must meet Florida credentialing, documentation, training, and background-screening requirements. Requirements
- Active Florida CNA license or Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Current CPR certification.
- Social Security card.
- Health statement completed within the past 6 months.
- Required Florida caregiver continuing education units (CEUs) and training.
- Eligibility for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorization for a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
- Provide companionship and daily living support.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers.
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with errands and transportation when needed.
- Support seniors with Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
