Certified HHA / CNA – WEEKLY PAY! W-2
About The Position
Concierge Care is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one home care for seniors in Gainesville, Florida, and surrounding communities. Multiple current and upcoming client cases may offer recurring weekly shifts or additional hours as new clients are scheduled. Flexible PRN and part-time schedules are available, with weekday and weekend opportunities depending on client needs. The position pays $18–$22 per hour, with weekly pay and W-2 employment. No personal liability insurance is required. Caregivers assist seniors with personal care and daily living needs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, companionship, and medication reminders. Support may also include light housekeeping, errands, transportation, and care for seniors with Alzheimer’s or dementia. Applicants must meet Florida credentialing, driving, CPR, health documentation, training, and background-screening requirements.
Requirements
- Hold an active Florida CNA license or a Certified HHA certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Have current CPR certification.
- Provide a Social Security card.
- Have a health statement completed within the past six months.
- Complete required Florida caregiver CEUs and training.
- Be eligible for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes, which may include civil and criminal history, driving records, birth records, and other public records.
Responsibilities

- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Assist with errands and transportation when needed.
