About The Position

Concierge Care is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide personalized, one-on-one private-duty care for seniors in Orange Park, Florida, and surrounding communities. The work helps seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The opportunity offers flexible PRN and part-time scheduling, recurring client assignments when available, and potential for additional local assignments as client needs develop. Pay is $18–$22 per hour, paid weekly, as W-2 employment.

Requirements

• Hold an active Florida CNA license or a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
• Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
• Have current CPR certification.
• Provide a Social Security card.
• Have a health statement completed within the past 6 months.
• Complete required Florida caregiver CEUs and training.
• Be eligible for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
• Authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care.
• Provide companionship and support with daily activities.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Provide transportation and run errands as needed.
• Support clients with Alzheimer's disease and dementia.
