About The Position
Concierge Care is hiring qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide one-on-one private-duty home care for seniors in Ponte Vedra, Nocatee, and surrounding areas. Caregivers support seniors in their homes, including clients experiencing Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia. Assignments may be recurring weekly when available, with opportunities for additional shifts. The position offers part-time and PRN scheduling based on caregiver availability and client needs.
Requirements
- Hold an active Florida CNA license or a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) certificate from a Florida-approved school.
- Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
- Have current CPR certification.
- Provide a Social Security card.
- Have a health statement completed within the past six months.
- Complete required caregiver training: 2-hour Alzheimer's, 1-hour HIV/AIDS, and 2-hour medication assistance.
- Be eligible for AHCA/FLClearinghouse Level 2 background screening.
- Authorize a comprehensive background review for contracting purposes.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with morning routines, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and provide companionship.
- Perform light housekeeping.
- Provide medication reminders.
- Transport clients to appointments or errands.
- Provide patient, compassionate support to seniors experiencing Alzheimer's disease or other forms of dementia.
