About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field and six years of related experience OR Master’s Degree and five years of related experience
• Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of statistical and financial analysis, primary research, and business plan development
• Strong presentation, communication and training skills
• Manual dexterity sufficient to operate office equipment.
• May require extended periods of sitting, standing and walking.
• Must be able to walk to attend meetings; must have normal or corrected vision to normal range.
• Ability to clearly communicate by phone and in person.
• May occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
• Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures.
• Comply with influenza prevention program, which will include obtaining an influenza vaccination on an annual basis or obtaining an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of assigned programs and initiatives, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals.
• Support grant activities, including assisting with the preparation and submission of grants, such as NIH grants, and coordinating with analysts to help collect and track funding.
• Monitor reporting requirements and deadlines for funding agencies, including annual and other required reports, and gather the necessary information to support timely submissions.
• Plan, develop, and maintain systems and procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between your department and external communities.
• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside the community.
• Facilitate implementation of staff wellness initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
