About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is essential
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with data analysis and statistical techniques is required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to present data findings clearly and effectively to diverse audiences
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment

Responsibilities

• Gather, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Utilize statistical techniques and data analysis tools to extract meaningful information that supports business objectives.
• Develop and deliver clear, concise, and informative reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Ensure reports are tailored to meet the needs of different stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
• Work with business units to understand their requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Provide support in defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track business performance.
• Interpret data and provide actionable recommendations to drive business improvements.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies in business intelligence and analytics.
• Propose and implement enhancements to improve data processes and analytical capabilities.
• Create and maintain documentation for BI tools, processes, and methodologies.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of BI resources.
