About The Position
The Business Analyst will be responsible for defining and documenting business processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role involves preparing training materials and user manuals, conducting meetings to analyze business integration with technology, and developing project plans, technical specifications, and cost-benefit analyses.
Requirements
- 3+ years in document management or information governance.
- 3+ years gathering/documenting business requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with DPS workflows, IBM Content Manager, and Kofax.
- Experience analyzing document management migrations.
- Strong data analysis for decision-making support.
Responsibilities
