About The Position

The Technical Business Analyst bridges business needs and technology solutions by supporting ERP enhancements, system integrations, automation initiatives, and third-party applications. The role works with internal teams, technology partners, and vendors to turn business needs into technical requirements and deliver practical system improvements. It supports integrations using Power Platform and Boomi, creates and tests business templates through Docentric, and tests ERP updates, integrations, and automations for accuracy, efficiency, and security. The position is full-time and exempt, and is office-based in Earth City, Missouri.

Requirements

Experience in business analysis, technical analysis, systems, or ERP.
Experience managing multiple priorities in an enterprise environment.
Experience with technical documentation and data manipulation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality assurance.
Initiative, accountability, and independent problem-solving ability.
Root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills.
Effective task prioritization and project management skills.
Adaptability and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Basic knowledge of API testing and authentication protocols.

Nice To Haves

Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with ERP systems and e-commerce platforms.
Experience with Power Platform, Boomi, or Docentric.

Responsibilities

Liaise between internal teams, technology partners, and vendors.
Gather, analyze, document, and translate business needs into technical requirements.
Develop and manage user stories throughout the development lifecycle.
Support integrations using Power Platform and Boomi (iPaaS).
Build, test, and deploy business templates through Docentric.
Test ERP updates, integrations, and automations for accuracy, efficiency, and security.
Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions.
Document business processes, workflows, system designs, and improvements.
Identify business challenges and develop practical technology solutions.
Manage multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines.
Collaborate proactively with stakeholders and vendors to advance projects and resolve issues.
