About The Position

CapTech’s Technical Business Systems Analysts work alongside business and technical stakeholders to define complex solutions, drive solution design, and ensure delivered products meet business needs. The work spans custom digital product development, large-scale integrations and modernization, and enterprise transformation across multiple systems, technologies, and lines of business. The role suits someone comfortable working at the intersection of business and technology, translating business objectives into technical requirements, and partnering with architects and engineers to address complex systems, integrations, and data challenges. The analyst contributes throughout the delivery lifecycle, helping teams move from unclear problems to scalable, maintainable solutions. The role involves becoming familiar with client challenges, processes, and technology landscapes; advising stakeholders; eliciting and translating requirements; supporting solution design and data analysis; documenting integrations and system dependencies; and helping teams define and validate future-state solutions. Analysts also contribute to Agile backlogs, testing, risk identification, and communications across technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership. The position follows a hybrid client-site schedule, including regular onsite visits each week based on engagement requirements. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or CapTech office as requested; remote work is permitted when compatible with CapTech and client needs.
