About The Position

CapTech’s Technical Business Systems Analysts work alongside business and technical stakeholders to define complex solutions, drive solution design, and ensure delivered products meet business needs. The role spans custom digital product development, large-scale integration and modernization, and enterprise transformation across systems, technologies, and lines of business. It suits someone who works effectively at the intersection of business and technology, can navigate ambiguity, and brings a consultant’s approach to problem solving. The analyst translates business objectives into functional and technical requirements, partners with architects and engineers on solution design, and helps teams address complex system, integration, and data challenges throughout the delivery lifecycle. They become familiar with client processes and technology landscapes, support stakeholders as a trusted advisor, and help move initiatives from discovery through delivery and validation. The position follows a hybrid client-site schedule, with regular onsite visits each week based on engagement requirements. Employees must be available to work onsite at a client location or CapTech office as requested; remote work is permitted when compatible with company and client needs.
