About The Position

As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to Governance, Risk & Assurance (GRA) and the broader General Counsel Strategy Office (GCSO), helping teams across the organization transform data into actionable insights and better business decisions. You will build a deep understanding of Compassion's data landscape, systems, and business processes, using business intelligence, analytics, and emerging AI capabilities to identify opportunities for operational improvement, process automation, and informed decision-making. You will work hands-on with complex datasets and collaborate with stakeholders across Governance, Risk & Assurance, People & Culture, Global Security, Marketing, Global Program, IT, and enterprise data communities. This role offers an opportunity to shape how data and AI are leveraged within a growing function, helping teams move low-value work into systems and automation so they can focus on higher-impact activities. As the Operational Data Steward for GCSO, you will be a key resource for data governance, reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives that support the division's strategic priorities. The role requires travel up to 10% of a normal schedule. The expected salary range is $106,400.00–$127,511.00. Employees in certain high-cost labor locations in the United States, such as San Francisco and Seattle, may qualify for a geographic differential. The position also includes faith-based and child-protection responsibilities: maintaining a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, serving as a consistent witness, upholding Compassion’s ministry in prayer, advocating for children, prioritizing child protection in decision-making, following the Statement of Commitment to Child Protection and Code of Conduct, and reporting concerns of child abuse, neglect, or exploitation through internal processes. Employees are expected to uphold and engage in Compassion’s core Cultural Behaviors.
