About The Position

Ensemble is hiring a Lead Analyst to serve as the dedicated analytics partner for assigned functional areas of its revenue cycle business. Working closely with operational leaders, the role owns the analytic strategy for its portfolio: defining meaningful metrics, investigating performance drivers, and identifying opportunities to improve. The Lead Analyst is expected to think critically, look beyond incoming requests, challenge assumptions constructively, and influence teams to apply insights to business outcomes. The role maintains a curated inventory of analytics assets—including dashboards, reports, and data sources—with a clear purpose, audience, and owner for each. It works with leaders to define and maintain key performance indicators, analyze operational, financial, and clinical drivers, and turn complex data into clear narratives for audiences ranging from executives to frontline leaders. The Lead Analyst develops interactive visualizations and self-service tools using Databricks or Power BI, partners with the Data team to identify and validate data, and helps set a sequenced reporting and analytics roadmap. The position also contributes to enterprise data assets and standards, and trains and mentors other Strategic Analytics team members. This is a remote position requiring willingness and ability to travel up to 10% and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate locations as business needs require. The role is limited to individuals residing and authorized to work in the United States.
