About The Position

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in information technology services.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience; the posting also identifies management experience with direct reports as preferred.
• Experience with revenue cycle, hospital billing, and coding.
• A bachelor's degree is required; additional years of equivalent experience may substitute for the degree on a one-to-one basis.
• Must pass a pre-employment skills test if required and administered by Human Resources.
• Must be able to satisfy and maintain requirements necessary to ensure the continued security and integrity of critical infrastructure if applicable.

Nice To Haves

• A master's degree.
• Experience with Epic applications, including implementation and optimization.
• Management experience with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Hire and manage Team Leads, Application Analysts, and Clinical Specialists.
• Promote professional growth through leadership activities, continuing education, and training.
• Coordinate and communicate with Executive Directors, IT Project Directors, peer managers, project managers, team leads, and analysts.
• Establish positive partnerships with internal customers and manage those relationships effectively.
• Oversee vendor relationships and resolve vendor issues as needed.
• Provide managerial leadership for project and production support staff.
• Plan, coordinate, and direct activities to complete project tasks, produce deliverables, resolve issues, and meet milestones.
• Administer day-to-day operations of assigned applications with support from project managers and team leads.
• Monitor project and production support status to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Ensure the quality of all final deliverables assigned to the team.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
