About The Position
Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide compassionate, evidence-based ABA care in a supportive, play-focused environment. BCBAs support a manageable caseload of up to eight children, develop engaging treatment plans, supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and work with families to establish goals and track progress. The position offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule and limited remote-work opportunities: up to three work-from-home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment-related work-from-home days per year. The total annual compensation package ranges from $84,000 to $117,670, with potential to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs, and supervision of assigned trainees. Compensation includes base salary, performance and mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership eligibility. Additional offerings include a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000, relocation packages, and a 401(k) with company match. The company describes career-growth tracks in center leadership, training and development, and research and innovation. BCBAs can access clinical guidance from its Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, as well as training in evidence-based ABA practice. Responsibilities
