About The Position
Treetop ABA is seeking an amazing Center Director for their clinic in Winston-Salem, NC. As Center Director, you will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care. This role offers the opportunity to shape a clinic, guide a passionate team, and make a difference every day. The position is on-site at the Winston-Salem, NC clinic.
Requirements
- Active BCBA certification and LBA required
- 3–5 years of leadership or BCBA Experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
- Ability to balance operational goals with client-centered care
- Passion for leading teams and making a lasting impact
Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of clinic staff
- Partner with clinical leadership to uphold quality ABA services
- Drive growth through community engagement and team development
- Ensure compliance with all operational, clinical, and ethical standards
- Foster a positive, supportive, and mission-driven clinic culture
Benefits
- Base Salary: $95K-105K
