Action Behavior Centers (ABC) provides evidence-based applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to autistic children to build communication, social, and independence skills. BCBAs work with supportive, collaborative teammates and clinical leaders, delivering compassionate care to children and families. This is a full-time, permanent, in-center role with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule. The BCBA supports an average caseload of five to six children, with a maximum of eight. Total compensation is $80,000 to $117,000 per year, with additional earning potential based on center size, mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and supervising assigned trainees. The compensation package may include base salary, performance and mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership eligibility upon promotion to Senior BCBA. The position offers some work-from-home days based on performance and center needs, as well as additional assessment-related remote days. ABC offers clinical leadership and professional development, a career path from BCBA through clinical and regional leadership roles, continuing education, student loan repayment assistance, and a range of health, family, and wellness benefits. The role requires a master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or education; active BCBA certification and applicable state licensure; and the physical ability to lift up to 30 pounds, squat, kneel, and remain active during sessions.
