About The Position

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Horsham, Pennsylvania. The organization provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and aims to deliver life-changing outcomes for people with autism and their families through rapid access to diagnosis and individualized therapy. The role offers a salary of $100,000–$120,000, is full-time, and includes a relocation package of up to $10,000.

The BCBA designs, implements, and monitors skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs; oversees program implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers; conducts assessments related to behavioral intervention; and supervises individuals pursuing BCBA certification on a weekly basis. The organization describes smaller caseloads, AI-supported workflow tools, mentorship, clinical support, special interest groups, and opportunities to grow into specialized career paths including clinical leadership, operations, quality assurance, utilization review, assessments, training and development, and research.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Initiate the state licensure process before the start date if required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background and drug screenings and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee RBTs’ and caregivers’ implementation of behavior-analytic programs.
• Conduct assessments related to behavioral intervention needs, including preference, functional, and staff performance assessments.
• Supervise others seeking BCBA certification on a weekly basis.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
