About The Position

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania. The organization provides Applied Behavior Analysis therapy and works to improve outcomes for individuals with autism and their families through access to diagnosis and individualized care. The role offers a base salary of $100,000–$120,000 and a relocation package of up to $10,000.

The BCBA designs, implements, and monitors skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs; oversees program implementation by Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and caregivers; and conducts assessments related to behavioral intervention. The BCBA must also be willing and able to provide weekly supervision to people seeking BCBA certification. The organization describes support through smaller caseloads, clinical infrastructure, AI-driven workflow tools, mentorship, special-interest groups, on-demand training, and opportunities to pursue specialized career paths.

Requirements

• Master’s degree.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Initiate the state licensure process before the start date if required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to maintain clean background and drug screenings and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee RBTs and caregivers implementing behavior-analytic programs.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention, including preference, functional, and staff performance assessments.
• Provide weekly supervision to people seeking BCBA certification.
• Perform other typical BCBA activities.
