About The Position

RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst for its St. Charles, Illinois location. The organization is a multidisciplinary outpatient center providing ABA services alongside physical, occupational, and speech-language therapy. The BCBA will design and oversee programs for children with autism, provide ethical, quality ABA care to pediatric patients, supervise Behavior Technicians, complete assessments, and collaborate with families and other therapists. The organization offers opportunities for growth and mentorship in the ABA field. Compensation is $78,000–$87,000 annually, based on years of experience. The position also offers a sign-on bonus of up to $12,000 and a student loan repayment assistance program.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst certification.

Responsibilities

Complete and maintain required trainings and comply with government regulations.
Maintain ongoing documentation with clearly stated goals, progress, and medical necessity.
Review and adhere to the policies and procedures manual.
Create behavior intervention plans based on functional behavioral assessments.
Define and track behavior in observable and measurable terms.
Evaluate patients, provide treatment, and direct treatment.
Design and oversee programs for children with autism.
Supervise Behavior Technicians.
Complete assessments.
Collaborate with families and other therapists.
