About The Position

Requirements

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3-5 years of banking experience is preferred, including staff leadership responsibilities.
• Leadership and branch operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and oversight for all branch operational functions
• Manage branch profitability, growth, and performance metrics, including the retention and expansion of deposits, appropriate budgeting, and development of customer relationships
• Lead, coach, and develop branch employees to achieve service, sales, and operational excellence
• Ability to identify growth opportunities, develop strategic relationships, generate new business, and increase revenue through proactive networking, consultative sales, market analysis, and relationship management to drive branch growth, increase market share, and profitability.
• Promptly address employee performance needs and customer satisfaction issues, ensuring quality service standards are maintained
• Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, regulatory requirements, security procedures, and risk mitigation practices
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, businesses, and community partners to enhance the bank’s presence
• Manage multiple priorities in fast paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and protecting the bank’s interest
