Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams and vendors to execute assigned scopes of work, ensuring activities are completed on time, to specification, and in accordance with client expectations, KPIs, and SLAs.
• Provide direction to vendors by clearly communicating project objectives, schedules, responsibilities, and compliance requirements, while reinforcing safe work practices and adherence to risk and procedural guidelines.
• Monitor progress against timelines and milestones, helping identify delays or bottlenecks and supporting adjustments to keep delivery on track.
• Assist in identifying and mitigating risks, including logistical challenges, safety concerns, and regulatory compliance issues, while helping ensure alignment with applicable standards and requirements.
• Support project financial performance by maintaining awareness of scope, budget considerations, and changes in work, escalating updates and providing necessary details for change orders when applicable.
• Contribute to project closeout by supporting documentation, including pre- and post-project requirements, asset tracking, and final deliverables.
• Capture lessons learned, best practices, and opportunities for improvement to strengthen future execution.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal team members to resolve issues in the field, maintaining professional, solutions-oriented relationships.
• Perform other related duties as needed to support successful project delivery.
