The National Women’s Law Center (NWLC) seeks a strategic and versatile Senior Manager, Corporate Philanthropy + Major Gifts (Major Gift Officer) to serve as a frontline fundraiser and cross-functional partner across NWLC’s growing development efforts. Every member of NWLC’s development team, including this position, directly manages and is accountable for a donor portfolio to ensure our collective success. The Senior Manager will manage a portfolio of individual donors, corporate partners, law firms, funder prospects, and key relationships across NWLC’s full range of entities, including its 501(c)(3), 501(c)(4), PAC, and designated legal and advocacy funds to raise revenue year over year to advance NWLC’s mission. This position plays a key role in advancing NWLC’s multi-channel fundraising strategies. The Senior Manager will work closely with senior leadership, program staff, and colleagues in Development, Campaigns + Communications, Programs and Finance to ensure coordination and alignment across all fundraising and partnership efforts. This is a full-time, exempt position of 37.5 hours per week.
