You will have access to well-maintained equipment including digital radiography, ultrasound, flexible and rigid endoscopy, therapeutic laser, and a fully equipped in-house lab. You will join a collaborative team where communication and teamwork are part of daily operations. Doctors regularly consult with one another on cases, and the entire hospital team works together to provide consistent, thoughtful care. Clinical standards are clearly defined and followed across the hospital, including required surgical bloodwork, IV catheterization and fluids, full dental radiographs, consistent pain management, and radiographs reviewed by a board-certified radiologist. Regular doctor, staff, and management meetings help ensure concerns are addressed and improvements are made thoughtfully.
