UrgentVet provides after-hours urgent care for canine and feline patients, bridging the gap between daytime general practice and emergency or overnight care. The clinics treat common urgent cases such as wounds, ear infections, vomiting and diarrhea, and euthanasia, without the additional expense of emergency clinic fees. This is urgent care only, with no wellness visits and no abdominal surgeries. The role works single-doctor shifts during swing/second shift hours and manages a varying caseload of appointments and surgeries during clinic open hours. Clinics are paperless, modern, and equipped with cloud-based electronic medical records, digital x-ray, and IDEXX in-house laboratory equipment. The practice describes its approach as Fear Free and feline friendly, with a strong technical team and support.
