About The Position

CityVet Keller is seeking a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, doctor-led team. The practice is owned and operated by Dr. Kelsey Daugette, who has over 10 years of experience and is described as approachable, supportive of open communication and clinical autonomy, and committed to veterinarians’ professional growth. The team provides compassionate, thorough care in a positive, team-first environment, with a balanced caseload and steady appointments. The role includes rotating Saturday coverage and is suitable for veterinarians at any career stage. The veterinarian will provide high-quality medical care to pets and build lasting relationships with their owners, with an emphasis on general practice and/or urgent care. CityVet offers local ownership and clinical autonomy alongside national support, mentorship, career development, and potential ownership opportunities.

Requirements

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent.
Licensed to practice in the state or eligible for licensure.
Collaborative spirit and commitment to exceptional patient care.
Interest in general practice and/or urgent care medicine.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality medical care to pets.
Build lasting relationships with pet owners.
Practice in general practice and/or urgent care services.
Collaborate with the veterinary team to deliver compassionate, thorough care.
Participate in rotating Saturday coverage.
