In this project, we develop algorithms that efficiently store extra knowledge to augment reasoning model capabilities. We leverage compositional learning to structurally compress knowledge embeddings, and design continual learning curricula that allow models to grow knowledge over time. We expect to improve understandings of the separation between reasoning ability and stored knowledge, enabling models to improve and adapt without retraining from scratch.
