About The Position

ImproveIt! Home Remodeling is seeking experienced acrylic tub/shower installation professionals to partner with the company as subcontractors. The company installs acrylic panels in wet areas and does not perform tile work or wet-area painting. Relevant systems include BCI, Kohler, Onyx, ReBath, and Tyvarian.

Subcontractors measure and install projects, while ImproveIt! handles marketing, estimating, customer service, project management, scheduling, and provides the installation materials. The company advertises deposits into the subcontractor’s account 24–72 hours after project completion, jobs generally within a 60-mile radius, and no overnight travel unless the subcontractor chooses those jobs. There is also an opportunity to grow the business by managing additional crews. Installers bring their labor, truck, and tools.

Requirements

• Extensive experience installing acrylic tub/shower systems, such as BCI, Kohler, Onyx, ReBath, or Tyvarian.
• Provide the labor, truck, and tools needed for the work.
