Acrylic Tub/Shower Installation Subcontractor
About The Position
ImproveIt! Home Remodeling is seeking experienced acrylic tub/shower installation professionals to partner with the company as subcontractors. The company installs acrylic panels in wet areas, including systems such as BCI, Kohler, Onyx, ReBath, and Tyvarian; it does not perform tile work or painting in the wet area. Subcontractors measure and install projects, while ImproveIt! handles marketing, estimating, customer service, scheduling, and customer communications. The company provides project materials and coordinates job readiness through senior installation managers. Most jobs are within a 60-mile radius, and overnight travel is not required unless the subcontractor chooses to accept those jobs. Payment is deposited within 24–72 hours after project completion. Installers bring the labor, truck, and tools. The company also describes opportunities to grow by managing additional crews.
Requirements
- Extensive experience installing acrylic tub/shower systems, such as BCI, Kohler, Onyx, ReBath, or Tyvarian.
