The subcontractor provides labor, a truck, and tools; ImproveIt provides the materials and handles marketing, estimating, customer communications, and scheduling. Most projects are within a 60-mile radius, with no overnight travel required unless the installer chooses to take those jobs. The company states that completed project deposits are paid into the installer’s account within 24–72 hours. Installers may grow their business by managing additional crews and jobs. Requirements
