About The Position

Champion Window is seeking insured, independent contractors to install replacement windows, vinyl siding, and/or sunrooms. Champion sells, measures, and orders the products; contractors install them. Work is described as daily, with competitive contracting rates and an annual earning potential of $100,000 to $250,000. Weekly pay, direct deposit, certification training, and installation materials are provided. Contractors must transport materials from the warehouse to project sites and complete installations according to applicable codes and manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

• Be an insured independent businessperson.
• Own the tools needed to complete projects.
• Have a privately owned vehicle and a way to transport products from the warehouse to project sites.
• For sunroom or siding installers: at least 2 years of experience in carpentry, sunroom installation, deck building, or siding.
• For window installers: at least 5 years of experience installing replacement windows.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
• Have basic arithmetic skills, including the ability to use a tape measure.
• Be detail-oriented and take pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner.
• Load installation materials into a vehicle at the warehouse.
• Install windows and siding and/or build sunrooms according to code and manufacturer specifications.
• Achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Contribute to a positive and fair team environment.
