About The Position

Champion Window is seeking insured, independent contractors to install windows, vinyl siding, and/or sunrooms in multiple areas. The role offers consistent daily work: Champion sells, measures, and orders the products, while contractors complete the installation. Installation work includes Champion replacement windows, vinyl siding, and sunrooms and must follow applicable codes and manufacturer specifications. Installation materials are supplied, certification training is offered, and contractors are paid weekly by direct deposit. The posting cites competitive contracting rates with an annual potential of $100,000 to $250,000.

Requirements

Be an insured independent businessperson.
Own the tools needed to complete projects.
Have a privately owned vehicle and a way to transport products from the warehouse to project sites.
For sunroom or siding installers: at least 2 years of experience in carpentry, sunroom installation, deck building, or siding installation.
For window installers: at least 5 years of experience installing replacement windows.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
Have basic arithmetic abilities, including the ability to use a tape measure.
Be detail-oriented and take pride in your craft.

Responsibilities

Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner.
Load installation materials from the warehouse into your truck.
Install windows and/or siding, or build sunrooms, according to code and manufacturer specifications.
