About The Position

Champion Window is seeking insured, independent contractors to install windows, vinyl siding, and/or sunrooms. The company sells, measures, and orders the products, while contractors handle installation. Work is described as consistent, with daily assignments and competitive contracting rates. Annual earning potential is stated as $100,000 to $250,000, with weekly pay by direct deposit. Certification training is offered, and installation materials are supplied. Contractors install Champion products, including custom sunrooms and related outdoor enclosures, replacement windows, entry doors, and vinyl siding.

Requirements

Operate an insured independent business.
Own the tools needed to complete projects.
Have a privately owned vehicle and a way to transport products from the warehouse to the project site.
For sunroom or siding installation: at least 2 years of experience in carpentry, sunroom installation, deck building, or siding.
For window installation: at least 5 years of experience installing replacement windows.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
Have basic arithmetic abilities, including using a tape measure.
Be detail-oriented and take pride in the quality of the work.

Responsibilities

Interact with Champion customers in a professional manner.
Load materials from the warehouse into the contractor’s truck.
Install windows or siding and/or build sunrooms according to code and manufacturer specifications.
Achieve high customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive and fair team environment.
