About The Position

Champion Window is seeking insured, independent contractors to install windows, vinyl siding, and/or sunrooms in multiple areas. Champion sells, measures, and orders the products; contractors complete the installation. The company describes the work as daily and offers competitive contracting rates with an annual potential of $100,000 to $250,000, weekly pay by direct deposit, certification training, and supplied installation materials. Champion Window manufactures and installs custom three-season and all-season sunrooms, screen rooms, patio covers, patio enclosures, vinyl replacement windows, entry doors, and vinyl siding. Installers are expected to deliver high-quality work and follow applicable codes and manufacturer specifications.

Requirements

Be an insured independent businessperson.
Own the tools needed to complete projects.
Have a privately owned vehicle and a way to transport products from the warehouse to the project site.
For sunroom and/or siding installers: at least 2 years of carpentry, sunroom installation, deck building, or siding experience.
For window installers: at least 5 years of replacement-window installation experience.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
Have basic arithmetic skills, including the ability to use a tape measure.
Be detail-oriented and take pride in craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Interact with Champion customers professionally.
Load installation materials from the warehouse into the contractor’s truck.
Install windows and siding and/or build sunrooms according to code and manufacturer specifications.
Achieve high customer satisfaction.
Contribute to a positive and fair team environment.
