About The Position

360 Painting is seeking a Residential/Light Commercial Painting subcontractor for year-round work. The company provides residential and light commercial painting projects, detailed scopes of work based on customer requirements, and professional office support, including a contact center, estimating, scheduling, job orders, and tracking. Subcontractors are expected to deliver quality work on schedule and provide a strong customer experience. The role is offered with flexible working conditions and may be full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Carry at least $1,000,000 in liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance.
• Have crew(s) of 2–8 team members.
• Have prior painting experience and be coachable and trainable.
• Be able to arrive on time and maintain a schedule.
• Possess effective communication skills.
• Be an initiative-taker and self-motivated.
• Have a valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and be insurable.
• Have high energy and resilience.
• Have at least 1 year of residential and/or commercial painting experience.

Responsibilities

• Paint and stain the interiors and exteriors of residential and light commercial properties.
• Meet each customer's schedule, quality standards, and expectations.
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience in addition to quality work.
• Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
• Complete necessary jobsite paperwork.
• Maintain safety and jobsite housekeeping.
• Work as a team with other members of the 360 Painting staff.
