About The Position

Experienced Painter working as a residential and commercial subcontractor. Painters prepare and protect the surrounding area, identify and correct surface imperfections, apply the appropriate paint material to clean surfaces, and keep the work area clean and organized. They are expected to complete projects within the allotted productivity time and achieve at least a Level 3 Finish based on PCA Standards.

All Fresh Coat Painters must complete a background check. Qualified subcontractors may be asked to provide general liability insurance, workers’ compensation insurance, and W-9 documentation.
