About The Position

Seeking experienced residential tile subcontractors—individual installers or crews—to partner on projects throughout the greater Indianapolis area. Work may include tile floors, showers and tub surrounds, backsplashes, wall tile, large-format tile, tear-out and replacement, and other residential tile installations. Subcontractors should deliver quality work, communicate reliably, and complete projects independently. Requirements

• Proven residential tile installation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to complete projects independently.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites throughout the Indianapolis area.
• Own the tools and equipment needed to complete tile installations.
• Dependable communication and scheduling.
• Professional appearance and conduct in occupied homes.
• Proper insurance and documentation required to work as a subcontractor.

Responsibilities

• Install residential tile, including floors, showers and tub surrounds, backsplashes, wall tile, and large-format tile.
• Perform tile tear-out and replacement and other residential tile installations.
• Complete projects independently while meeting quality expectations.
• Communicate reliably and maintain dependable scheduling.
• Provide professional conduct and appearance in occupied homes.
