About The Position

CertaPro Painters is seeking an enthusiastic Residential Painting Sales Associate to meet with potential clients, manage painting projects, and develop new business. The role involves understanding customers’ painting needs, conducting consultations, preparing customized proposals, and communicating throughout projects to help ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction. The associate will also promote the brand through community events and marketing, attend industry training conferences, and maintain customer records in a CRM system. The company provides a vehicle, phone, and computer or tablet. Compensation includes a competitive base salary, commissions, and bonuses, with a stated annual compensation range of $60,000 to $150,000. This position is with an independently owned and operated CertaPro Painters franchise; hiring decisions are made by that franchisee.

Requirements

A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A history of accomplishments and promotions.

Nice To Haves

Prior sales experience in the construction or painting industry is preferred.
