About The Position

This is an entry-level, hands-on role involving interior and exterior painting, general facility upkeep, and basic maintenance and repairs. The associate helps maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and the pay is $16.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a dependable work ethic.
• Ability to perform hands-on tasks and remain on your feet throughout the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Previous painting, janitorial, custodial, or maintenance experience is a plus but is not required.
• Basic familiarity with painting tools and general maintenance practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior painting, including surface preparation and touch-ups.
• Assist with general facility maintenance and minor repairs.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine upkeep.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Support daily facility maintenance and cleaning needs as assigned.
