About The Position
Responsible and accountable for cleaning and painting at properties, providing customer service, and presenting the company professionally. The role oversees and manages property cleaning and painting activities and works toward targeted resident satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance coverage.
- Ability to solve problems without direction.
- Ability to interpret complex instructions provided in written, oral, or schedule form.
- Must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily, with reasonable accommodations where applicable.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Sweep, clean, and maintain all common areas of the community.
- Clean and/or paint vacant units.
- Complete cleaning and painting requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of cleaning and painting performed in units and at the site.
- Keep Justus Property Management tools, equipment, and replacement parts in working condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
