About The Position

Heiler Painting is seeking established painting subcontractors or crew leads to join its network in the Greater Philadelphia region. The company provides marketing, sales, estimating, scheduling, customer support, project scopes, and dedicated field support so trade partners can focus on craftsmanship and managing their crews. Projects include high-end residential interior and exterior painting, cabinet refinishing, and light carpentry. Partners are paid upon job completion under transparent pricing agreed upon before work starts, with the opportunity to build a long-term business relationship as Heiler Painting grows.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional residential interior or exterior painting experience.
• Operate as an established business entity (LLC or Inc.) with an active EIN.
• Carry General Liability Insurance with a minimum $1 million policy limit.
• Carry Workers’ Compensation Insurance, or have an active policy or exemption status as required by state law.
• Own transportation such as a work truck or van, ladders, sprayers, drop cloths, and professional painting hand tools.
• Be able to use a smartphone or tablet for project communication, photo submission, and schedule updates.
• Maintain a professional appearance, a drug-free workplace, and respectful, clean job-site habits.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential interior and exterior painting projects, including walls, trim, siding, cabinet spraying, and deck staining.
• Prepare surfaces through sanding, scraping, priming, drywall repair, and caulking.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and protect client furniture, flooring, and landscaping.
• Manage the on-site crew to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
• Provide daily job-site photo updates and communicate progress through mobile apps.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to confirm customer satisfaction.
