About The Position

Requirements

• Six or more years of professional graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.
• Proficiency or familiarity with PowerPoint, Canva, and Figma or Sketch.
• Experience designing for digital and print applications.
• Strong typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling skills.
• Understanding of production requirements and ability to interpret creative briefs for different audiences and business needs.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, design versatility, attention to detail, and professional execution.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, including the ability to work independently in a collaborative, fast-paced creative team.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to solve problems, work as a team player, and navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Nice To Haves

• Professional graphic design experience in an agency or in-house creative environment.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or other emerging creative tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop original concepts and visual solutions for marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, sales materials, and corporate communications.
• Design for digital and print applications, including social media, digital advertising, presentations, brochures, signage, and promotional materials.
• Translate creative briefs and business objectives into engaging visual communications appropriate for varied audiences.
• Develop and evolve brand identities, visual systems, design standards, and applications across multiple platforms.
• Maintain brand consistency, strong typography, and high design-quality standards across deliverables.
• Present creative concepts, explain design rationale, and incorporate direction and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with creative leadership, designers, marketing, sales, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Manage assigned projects, timelines, revisions, and competing priorities independently from concept through delivery.
• Support day-to-day design and production needs, including adaptations, revisions, and final file preparation.
• Stay current with design trends, creative technologies, and evolving tools, including AI-assisted workflows and digital capabilities.
• Adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Policies and attend annual compliance training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
