About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a multi-location or franchise environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, email, and brand-focused design work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong experience designing and coding emails using HTML/CSS
• Solid understanding of responsive design and email best practices
• Proven ability to maintain and apply brand standards consistently
• Photography skills, including shooting and editing
• Video editing experience (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Excellent communication and project management skills

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g. HubSpot)
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with local franchisees to develop customized marketing materials while ensuring alignment with brand standards
• Manage multiple requests and projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality creative on tight deadlines
• Design visually engaging, high-performing email campaigns
• Build and edit emails using HTML/CSS, ensuring responsiveness and compatibility across platforms and devices
• Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize email layouts for engagement and conversion
• Maintain and enforce brand standards across all creative outputs
• Ensure consistency in typography, color, imagery, and messaging
• Contribute to the evolution and refinement of brand guidelines
• Capture high-quality photography for marketing campaigns, events, and social media
• Edit and retouch images to meet brand standards
• Create and edit video content for digital platforms, social media, and marketing campaigns
• Collaborate on storyboarding, shooting, and post-production
