Centric Brands•New York, NY
•$85,000 - $100,000•Hybrid

About The Position

Centric Brands is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer to work exclusively on the Under Armour Kids account. The role is part of the Marketing organization’s Art team and owns the look and production flow of e-commerce imagery and digital assets across the brand’s channels. It combines art direction and production: concepting and directing product photo shoots, managing selects, retouching and post-production, and laying out finished assets for PDPs, banners, campaigns and marketplace pages. The designer should understand how performance products should look and move, and manage multiple shoots and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. The role involves developing shoot concepts for Under Armour Kids e-commerce and digital campaigns; preparing shot lists, style-outs and shoot decks; directing styling, fit, framing, movement and lighting; and directing child and youth models while coordinating with parents or guardians, chaperones and on-set tutors. It also includes selecting images, writing retouching instructions, managing review rounds and approving final imagery while maintaining consistent color and quality. The designer creates digital assets for PDPs, banners, email, social, paid media, in-store and marketplace placements, adapting assets to retailer and platform specifications. They manage cropping, scaling, naming conventions, SKU matching, file formats and resolution, deliver work to retailer portals, DAM/PIM and the Under Armour Kids brand team, and maintain delivery logs and internal specifications.
