About The Position

Requirements

• Working knowledge of Canva and Figma.
• Strong social media design instincts and portfolio.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and adjust based on feedback.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfort with context-switching across School Harbor internal initiatives and client work.

Responsibilities

• Design client-facing deliverables: presentation decks, one-pagers, and reports.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and visual systems that keep our materials consistent.
• Design social media content that reflects the brand voice.
• Support internal materials for events, internal decks, guides, and others.
• Support the design of proposals and materials for prospective clients.
