About The Position

Destsetters, a hospitality consulting firm specializing in concept and strategy, is seeking freelance Graphic Designers to join its pool of certified creators. This collaboration offers professionals the opportunity to produce high-level deliverables that define branding and identity for hotels and hospitality investments. Creators receive dedicated training and creative mentoring to develop advanced visual materials, and may contribute to hospitality projects and brand identities combining creativity, strategy, and international positioning. The network also provides access to exclusive networking events and seminars on the hospitality industry.

The role focuses on creating logos and visual identities for new hospitality projects, developing hotel design moodboards that balance aesthetics, design, and functionality, and producing branding and visual assets in accordance with Destsetters’ Keynote templates and design standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience.
• A strong portfolio covering branding, presentations, and marketing material.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to training feedback.
• Strong attention to detail and aesthetics, and innovative design thinking.

• Familiarity with visual storytelling for hospitality, real estate, or premium brands.
