About The Position

Furniture.com is building a modern destination for discovering, comparing, and shopping furniture by bringing together inspiration, editorial content, technology, and commerce. The Senior Designer will join the Brand & Creative team to create compelling, high-quality visual content across organic and paid performance channels. This hands-on role focuses on organic social content, including carousels, static posts, video edits, and social-first storytelling that showcases and merchandises furniture in an inspiring and useful way. The designer will also support paid social by creating static, carousel, video, and animated assets for campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Demand Gen. The role calls for a designer who combines conceptual strength with hands-on execution: taking creative briefs, developing visual directions, selecting and merchandising furniture, and producing polished assets in multiple formats. The designer will collaborate with the Senior Art Director, brand strategists, marketers, and social leads, and use performance learnings to refine creative. Success includes improving the consistency and distinction of organic social, presenting furniture thoughtfully, increasing high-quality creative output, making paid testing more effective, and improving reusable workflows.
