Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in respective state required.
  • PT, OT, or SLP License Required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care.
  • Promote efficient service utilization and program development.
  • Collaborate with digital marketing strategies.
  • Foster communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards.
  • Facilitate and participate in continuing education.
  • Provide mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance.
  • Focus on patients & families while the company handles the business side (marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems).
  • Assist with picking out the best clinic location.
  • Assist with building and recruiting your dream team.
  • Assist with marketing/business development.
  • Assist with legal, compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, revenue cycle.
