Clinical Director-Licensed Physical Therapist
About The Position
Ivy Health is hiring a Clinic Director in North Carolina. This clinician-leader balances patient care with responsibility for managing people, clinic operations, growth, marketing, recruiting, and the overall success of the clinic. The role offers the opportunity to lead a supportive team, help patients return to the activities they value, and contribute to exceptional care and patient outcomes. The position provides a base compensation range of $95,000–$110,000 per year, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and eligibility for additional compensation through a director bonus plan and student loan repayment, sign-on bonus, or relocation assistance. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure in the respective state.
- At least 3 years of dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
Nice To Haves
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
