About The Position

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is hiring a Clinical Director / Physical Therapist for its Saugus, Massachusetts clinic. This role combines direct patient care with clinical leadership. The clinician will provide low-volume, one-to-one treatment and help guide the clinical side of the practice while supporting and mentoring the team. The Clinical Director will partner directly with ownership to develop the team, shape clinic culture, maintain high standards of patient care, and contribute to the clinic’s growth. The role may suit an experienced physical therapist ready to grow into leadership or an established leader interested in helping build a clinic and team.

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for Massachusetts licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to quality patient care and the patient experience.
• Interest in helping other clinicians grow and contributing to a positive environment for patients and employees.

• Outpatient experience.
