About The Position

Moreau Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time, onsite Clinical Director in a mentor-manager role. The position focuses on day-to-day clinical operations, team productivity, and community networking. It is 100% clinical, with no designated administrative time, so the Clinical Director remains hands-on in patient care and team support. The role is responsible for upholding core values, driving clinician productivity, fostering a positive clinic culture, and supporting the clinic’s success through strong clinical outcomes and community engagement.

Requirements

• Education as a therapist or assistant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a clinical team.
• Full-time clinical engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support clinical excellence and team leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and team productivity.
• Lead weekly recaps and monthly productivity meetings.
• Develop and achieve weekly and quarterly goals through strategic planning.
• Uphold clinician productivity standards.
• Participate in community networking and marketing efforts.
• Build a positive clinic culture and uphold the organization’s core values.
• Maintain administrative and financial accountability.
