About The Position

Moreau Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time, onsite Clinical Director to provide hands-on clinical care and lead day-to-day clinic operations. This mentor-manager role focuses on clinical operations, team productivity, and community networking. It is described as 100% clinical, with no designated administrative time, so the director remains engaged in patient care and team support. The role upholds the organization’s core values, supports clinician productivity, builds a positive clinic culture, and contributes to clinic success through clinical outcomes and community engagement.

The position calls for a therapist or assistant with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills and the ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a clinical team. The director leads weekly recaps and monthly productivity meetings, develops and works toward weekly and quarterly goals, maintains clinician productivity standards, and participates in community networking and marketing.

Requirements

• Education as a therapist or assistant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
